About the Instructor
Nikita is a full-time artist and founder of Alekhyam Art Academy. Trained in architecture, she has been connected with art since childhood and gradually turned it into her life’s work. She now teaches both kids and adults, making art joyful, mindful, and accessible. Through her work, she tries to help others grow creatively, emotionally, and spiritually.

This course is perfect for beginners to intermediate artists who wish to learn watercolour pet portraits in a structured, easy-to-follow way. No prior experience in watercolour is needed, but a willingness to practice consistently will help you get the best results.
You will need:
100% Cotton, 300 GSM cold-pressed watercolour paper.
Artist-grade watercolour set (Camel, Brustro, or equivalent).
Round brushes (sizes 2, 4, 6, 8).
A mechanical pencil, eraser, and a palette.
A complete supply list with brand recommendations will be provided upon enrollment.

Yes. Upon completing your learning and submitting your practice assignments, you will receive a certificate of completion from Alekhyam Arts Academy. (NOTE: Instructor will personally review the submissions and one needs to complete 80% of the projects to be eligible for certificate)
