Believe it or not, we artists love using reference pictures. So much, that we spend hours and days looking for the perfect reference for our masterpiece. Did you know, we can use pictures and still create original art? All we need to learn is how to copy like an artist! I'm going to share with you 3 ways to use reference pictures and create original masterpieces.. without any copyright claims!

1. Use b&w pictures for colored artworks

You read that right! But it isn't as simple as it seems..

Using a black and white picture gives you a lot of room for adding your own creativity as you're free to select whichever color you like. This is a great exercise to brush up your creative skills but can be tricky at times.

Dividing your content into multiple sections with multiple headings allow you to breakdown the content into smaller blocks this increases engagement, makes it more appealing to read and gets you places where you can add more videos, images and stuff like that.

Create Engagement

Use images, audio files like podcasts, videos and much more to increase retention. Add links to other content in the site. The longer a person stays on your blog, the better the engagement and that ensures better SEO ratings which then translates to more traffic to your site.
