How do I access my course after payment?

After successful payment, your course is activated in your Alekhyam account. Log in using the email or phone number used at checkout to access your dashboard.

I paid, but I cannot see my course. What should I do?

If access is not visible, please wait a few minutes and refresh your dashboard. If the issue persists, email us at [email protected] with your payment reference.

Do I need to attend live sessions, or can I watch recordings?

Live workshops are encouraged for the best learning experience. Recordings are provided where mentioned on the course page and are available for the access period stated at the time of enrollment.

What does “lifetime access” mean?

“Lifetime access” means access for as long as the course remains available on the Alekhyam platform. In all cases, course access is guaranteed for a minimum of 2 years from the date of purchase.

Can I download the course videos?

Course videos are meant to be streamed inside your Alekhyam dashboard or app. Any downloadable materials (such as PDFs) will be clearly mentioned inside the course, if included.

Can I share my course access with someone else?

No. Each purchase is for individual use only. Sharing login details or redistributing course content is not permitted.

Are these courses suitable for beginners?

Yes. Most Alekhyam courses are designed to be beginner-friendly unless explicitly mentioned otherwise on the course page.

Do you offer 1:1 online or offline classes?

No. We currently focus on live group workshops and pre-recorded courses. This helps us maintain structure, quality, and a better learning experience for all participants.

What language are the courses taught in?

Courses are primarily conducted in English. Hindi explanations may be used where helpful, depending on the instructor and course format.

What payment methods are accepted?
