Before you write
I paid, but I cannot see my course. What should I do?
If access is not visible, please wait a few minutes and refresh your dashboard. If the issue persists, email us at [email protected] with your payment reference.
How do I access my course after payment?
After successful payment, your course is activated in your Alekhyam account. Log in using the email or phone number used at checkout to access your dashboard.
I purchased a course earlier but cannot access it now.
In most cases, this happens due to multiple accounts created with different emails or phone numbers. Don’t worry, contact us and we’ll help you get access to your course.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund eligibility and timelines depend on the specific course or workshop. Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for complete details.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via Razorpay and other enabled gateways, including UPI, cards, and net banking, as shown during checkout.

Do I need to attend live sessions, or can I watch recordings?
Live workshops are encouraged for the best learning experience. Recordings are provided where mentioned on the course page and are available for the access period stated at the time of enrollment.
How long do I keep access?
Self-paced courses: two years from the date of purchase. Live workshops: replays stay available for three months after the last session, or six months for longer workshops, as stated on each workshop page.
Can I download the course videos?
Course videos are meant to be streamed inside your Alekhyam dashboard or app. Any downloadable materials (such as PDFs) will be clearly mentioned inside the course, if included.
Can I share my course access with someone else?
No. Each purchase is for individual use only. Sharing login details or redistributing course content is not permitted.
Are these courses suitable for beginners?
Yes. Most Alekhyam courses are designed to be beginner-friendly unless explicitly mentioned otherwise on the course page.
Do you offer 1:1 online or offline classes?
No. We currently focus on live group workshops and self-paced courses. This helps us maintain structure, quality, and a better learning experience for all participants.
What language are the courses taught in?
Courses are primarily conducted in English. Hindi explanations may be used where helpful, depending on the instructor and course format.
