Return and Refund Policy of Alekhyam
We want you to feel confident before you begin. If a programme turns out not to be right for you, here is how refunds work. The same terms apply across Alekhyam.
Self-paced courses
A full refund within 48 hours of purchase, as long as you have watched less than 25% of the course.
Live workshops
Attend Session 1, then decide. Request a full refund within 48 hours of Session 1, or before Session 2 begins, whichever is later. This applies to every live workshop. After that window a refund is not available, and your recordings stay available for the stated replay period.
Always refunded in full
- If we cancel a workshop and do not offer a replacement.
- If a physical product such as a sketchbook arrives with a genuine defect, we replace it or refund it.
How to request
Reach out to [email protected]. Include your purchase reference and the programme name. A person reviews every request. Approved refunds return to your original payment method and may take 24 to 48 hours to process, and your bank or card provider may take a little longer. Refunds are full, with no deduction. Our payment partners are RBI regulated, and Kalaras Art Innovations (OPC) Private Limited is regulated by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
