The course content has been carefully curated by mentors who are experts in the domain. As such, the courses will help you learn and become better at the chosen skill. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a refund within the next 48 hours of the course purchase, and we will be happy to refund the full amount of the course price charged by us.

While efforts will be made to consider the situation and case at hand, the refund cannot be issued as a matter of right.

Pre-Recorded Courses:

Refund requests will not be accepted under the following conditions:

• More than 25% of the course content has been viewed.
• Assessments have already been attempted.
• Multiple logins from different devices have been detected.
• The refund request is placed after 48 hours of the time of purchase.

Workshops:

• Refund requests for 7-day, 14-day, and 21-day workshops will be considered if placed within 2 days of the workshop commencement.
• Refund requests for 1, 2, or 3-day workshops will not be accepted once the workshop has commenced.
