You receive a confirmation email with your login details. Recorded courses open immediately in your account. Live workshops send the schedule and joining links ahead of the first session, with a reminder before each session.

Log in with the same email you used at checkout - your password was sent to that inbox (check spam once). If it still does not open, write to [email protected] with your payment email or visit the help portal. The team resolves access issues within a day, usually much sooner.

Every course page states its price next to the booking button. There are no charges beyond what the page shows.

In most courses, yes. The techniques matter more than the brand. Where a specific paper or pigment genuinely changes the result, the supply list says so plainly.

Recorded courses: full refund within 48 hours of purchase, if you have watched less than a quarter of the course.

Short live workshops: attend the first session, then decide. Full refunds until 5 hours before Session 2 begins.

Long workshops (14 and 21 day): tell us within 48 hours of Session 1 for a full refund. Once Session 2 begins, refunds stop. Full details on the refund policy page.
