1. Product Delivery

Recorded Courses:

Once your purchase is confirmed through Razorpay, you will receive an email with a link to access your recorded course.

The access link will be available immediately after your payment is successfully processed.

You can stream and download the course materials as per the instructions provided in the email.

Live Webinars:

Upon successful registration and payment via Razorpay, you will receive a confirmation email containing the webinar details, including date, time, and access link.

A reminder email will be sent 24 hours before the webinar begins.

2. Access and Streaming

Access Duration:

  At Alekhyam Academy, we acknowledge that the availability of our courses is subject to certain terms and conditions. **Lifetime access,** as defined by Alekhyam Academy, entails access for the duration of the course's lifetime. This access persists until the academy decides to remove a particular course from its website/app or until the company decides to wind up its academy operations.While we offer "lifetime access" to our courses, signifying access throughout the course's availability, it's crucial to recognize that external factors may influence our ability to sustain a course on our platform. These factors may include alterations in business operations, compliance with legal requirements, or advancements in technology that impact course delivery.In favor of our valued customers/students, Alekhyam Academy is committed to ensuring that course access cannot be revoked from any user within the first 2 years from the date of purchase of the course. This commitment aligns with our dedication to transparency and customer satisfaction.In instances where a course is discontinued or removed, Alekhyam Academy may incorporate provisions within agreements to offer notice or alternatives. This commitment ensures a positive and informed learning experience for our students. Should you harbor concerns regarding the longevity of a specific course, we encourage you to proactively seek clarification from our team or carefully review our policies before enrolling.  

Streaming Quality:

Our courses and webinars are delivered in high-definition video quality to ensure a seamless learning experience.

Ensure you have a stable internet connection for optimal streaming.

3. Email Communications

All delivery communications, including access links and course materials, will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the emails in your inbox.

4. Non-Delivery Claims

If you do not receive access to your purchased course or webinar within the specified time frame, please contact our support team immediately.

Non-delivery claims must be reported within 14 days from the date of purchase.
