Digital Delivery & Course Access Policy

Applies to: Recorded Courses, Live Workshops/Webinars, and related digital learning materials sold on https://alekhyam.com and the Alekhyam app.

1. How access is delivered

Recorded Courses

  • After a successful payment via Razorpay (or other available payment methods), your course access is activated in your Alekhyam student account.
  • You can access the course by logging into your dashboard on the website/app using the email/phone used at checkout.
  • You may also receive an email confirmation. If you do not see it, please check your spam/junk folder.

Live Workshops / Webinars

  • After successful registration and payment, you will receive joining details (date, time, and access method) on email and/or within your dashboard.
  • If reminders are enabled, we may send reminder messages before the session.

2. Access period

  • Access duration for each product is shown on the product page at the time of purchase.
  • If a product page mentions “lifetime access”, it means access for as long as the course remains available on our platform.
  • In all cases, course access will not be revoked within the first 2 years from the date of purchase, except where access must be restricted for legal, fraud, or policy violations.

3. Streaming and downloads

  • Courses are delivered primarily via streaming inside your Alekhyam dashboard/app.
  • Any downloadable items (such as PDFs or reference files), if included, will be provided within the course area.
  • We recommend a stable internet connection for smooth playback.

4. If you cannot access your purchase

  • If your payment is successful but access is not available in your account, contact us and share your payment reference/receipt.
  • We will verify and help activate access as quickly as possible.

6. Refunds and cancellations

7. Payments and security

  • We do not store your full card/bank details on our servers.
